WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE?
Any person residing in Canada can borrow printed and audiovisual material.

HOW LONG CAN I BORROW THE MATERIAL?
Thirty (30) days, from the moment you receive the material to the scheduled date of return. You can extend the loan by making a request before the deadline has passed, but only if the material has not been reserved by another user.

HOW MANY DOCUMENTS CAN I BORROW?
A maximum of three (3) documents.

IS IT FREE?
Borrowing the material is free. A stamped envelope is also supplied.

WHAT IF I LOSE THE DOCUMENT?
You will be required to cover the costs of replacing the missing documents.

WHAT ABOUT PHOTOCOPIES?
Photocopies are available, free of charge.
